NAGAR SUMMYAR PASS TREK

The Summyar Pass trek is a lesser-known trekking route located in the Nagar Valley of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The Pass is located between the Hopar Valley and Summyar Valley of Nagar.
This trek offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, lush green meadows, and a glimpse of the unique flora and fauna of the region. The trek typically attracts adventure seekers and nature lovers due to its remote location and scenic beauty. On the top of the Pass there are some trekking peaks which gives opportunity to climb and ski below 6500M peaks> On another die of the Pass towards Summyar, there is famous gemstone mine Chumar Bakoor, where you can visit to miens, meet with local miners and see the life of gemstone miner in the mountains of Pakistan. The trek offers breathtaking views of the Diran Peak and other nearby peaks. The
landscapes feature a mix of valleys, rivers, and lush pastures. Trekking in this region also provides an opportunity to interact with local communities, experience their culture, and sample traditional cuisine. The trek is considered to have moderate
difficulty, making it accessible to trekkers with some experience. The best time for the Summyar Pass trek is typically from July to mid-October.
